Casa del Alfarero Pentecostal Mission began in response to God’s call to Pastors Jeremías and Carmencita Sánchez, with the purpose of serving the community and sharing the message of salvation in Jesus Christ.
What began as an unexpected challenge became a lifelong mission. With the desire for more people to know Jesus Christ as their only and sufficient Savior, Casa del Alfarero was founded in Concord, California, in 2001.
In 2003, God opened the doors for the church to move to Bay Point, where the congregation continued to grow. In 2007, the sanctuary was expanded to welcome a growing church family. Since then, we have remained there, witnessing God’s faithfulness and the lives He continues to transform.
Today, we continue to serve with the same passion that marked the beginning of this ministry more than two decades ago. We believe God continues to guide our steps and prepare us for a new season of growth, trusting that the building project we have undertaken will become a reality in His perfect timing.
Our greatest desire is for future generations to love and serve God with the same passion and conviction, seeking first the Kingdom of God and His righteousness, and trusting that He will continue to fulfill His promises.
